Promotion and tenure committees nationwide indicate a need for more effective narrative and evaluation of engagement dossiers. This session will provide examples for junior faculty on how to frame their dossiers for internal and external review. We will also discuss important attributes to consider when senior faculty are asked to evaluate engagement dossiers. Case study examples will be shared as well as resources to facilitate more effective writing and evaluation of promotion/tenure documents focused on engaged-scholarship.
