Innovate Michigan! Summit - September 2020

Are you working on the front lines of local and regional economic development in Michigan?

The annual Innovate Michigan! Summit on September 3-4, hosted by the MSU EDA Regional Economic Innovation University Center, offers one of the most popular and dynamic annual gatherings designed to address emerging economic development issues and innovations that impact economically distressed communities across Michigan.

The Summit will be held online this year due to coronavirus, and the event presents a unique opportunity to discuss how the pandemic has impacted Michigan’s economic landscape, along with sharing and learning innovative approaches to economic development and revitalization.

Three sessions will engage participants in a dialogue around inequities present in communities and in economic development practice, and brings together economic development professionals, business leaders, community stakeholders, elected officials, academic experts, and students.
