Dr. Akaeze earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at MSU. He's responsible for developing web-based interactive maps and data dashboards for several funded projects at Community Evaluation Programs. As an economist, he will utilize his expertise to conduct analyses that help inform policy decision-making on several statewide early childhood initiatives. He is also interested in research that focuses on applied and resource economic issues, especially on natural resource use.
