Serving Up Science

As the writer and host of the PBS/WKAR series Serving Up Science, Sheril Kirshenbaum educates viewers about food and its impacts on health and the environment. Food choices and agricultural practices set the course for the collective future of food production and its impact on the environment. However, a lack of public understanding and support for science and research related to the way food is harvested, consumed, and wasted on a personal and international scale may hinder progress. Serving Up Science navigates these complex relationships within the global food system for a wide variety of audiences.
