The Ernest A. Lynton Award for the Scholarship of Engagement for Early Career Faculty is given annually to an early career faculty member who links his or her teaching, research, and service to community engagement. Such scholarly activity is inclusive, collaborative, and problem-oriented work, and involves true partnerships between academics and communities.
