Cindy M. Helms is an Administrative Assistant I with University Outreach and Engagement (UOE), supporting both its division of Communication and Information Technology (CIT) and the MSU Office for Public Egagement and Scholarship (OPES). In addition to providing general office support for CIT and OPES staff, Ms. Helms processes student and labor payroll, maintains and reconciles bookkeeping records, and serves as a fiscal officer. She also provides research support for UOE websites.
