Sam Rothwell is a program assistant at the Center for Community Engaged Learning. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in History in 2013, and from Wayne State University with a Master's in Library and Information Science in 2015. Sam spent the last six years, three of them as an Americorps volunteer, working for Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit, a nonprofit working to provide youth in Detroit with the knowledge and skills to get to and through college. He is passionate about service and the impact it can have on everyone involved.
