Debbie Stoddard is the project coordinator for the Michigan Statewide Evaluation of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers afterschool programs. She joined UOE in 2009 as the project coordinator of the Comparison of Asthma Programs for Schools (CAPS) research study. In 2013 she served as project coordinator for the Head Start on Science research project. Debbie joined the 21st CCLC team in July of 2015 assisting in data collection, providing technical assistance, creating instructional manuals, and coordinating day to day operations of the program.
