April 2018 will mark the 6th year of the MSU Science Festival.  The MSU Science Festival is a multi-day series of events that highlight science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Special events are held across the state with a concentration of activities in the East Lansing and Detroit areas. The MSU Science Festival features talks, demonstrations, tours, open houses, guest speakers, and hands-on activities for lifelong learners of all ages.  Detroit events will again feature FREE events that are open to the public and seek to stimulate an interest and awareness of the many ways that we encounter science in everything that we see and do.  Multiple Detroit venues will offer exciting opportunities to experience science, technology, engineering and math through demonstrations, presentations and hands-on activities.
