Jared Goodrich is part of the CIT web development team that creates and maintains websites for the University as well several external clients. He has developed software for over 10 years. During that time Jared created software solutions for desktop, web, mobile and micro-controller hardware. He believes that constant improvement is important and has always sought to learn new things as well as revise the development process to make it easier for everyone involved. Making software easy to maintain and use has always been one of his primary goals. Before joining MSU he earned a B.S. in Information Technology and Spanish from Central Michigan University and subsequently spent several years as lead developer/DBA maintaining accounting-based applications for property management company KMG Prestige. In 2014 Jared received the Creative Thinking Award from KMG Prestige by helping the company transition the employee benefit registration process from a paper to digital.
