Dr. Mihaela C. Peteu is a research specialist for College Access Initiatives. She works with pre-college programs designed to improve the access of economically disadvantaged students who show potential to enter postsecondary education. She has a master of science in engineering from the Polytechnic University Bucharest, and earned a Ph.D. in human environment and design from Michigan State University.
